Hotel: The Crowne Plaza, Times Square. Great rooms, great service, great views and within walking distance of shopping, attractions, restaurants, theaters.
Activities: (This is a very preliminary itinerary and may change if other better opportunities arise.)
- A welcome dinner at Sardi’s – a theater district tradition with delicious food.
- Prime seating at a Broadway musical to be announced later.
- A guided shopping excursion to SoHo and Chinatown with lunch in Little Italy!
- A tour of NYC’s posh upper west side including stops at one or more of the following: Central Park highlights, Museum of Natural History, Cathedral of St. John the Divine.
- Optional additional Broadway play and Radio City Christmas Spectacular (additional cost.)
- Free Time to explore the city at your leisure.
Pricing: Prices per person as quoted below include ALL the following:
- Pre-Trip Assistance and Orientation Reception with Mark and Debra with information for planning free time activities – additional shows, tours, reservations, etc.
- Roundtrip air fare between Atlanta and Newark Liberty International Airport
- Private Coach transfers between airport and hotel
- Private Coach transportation as needed for group activities
- Four nights accommodations at The Crowne Plaza, Times Square
- Welcome Dinner at Sardis
- Broadway Musical
- Guided Tours as mentioned above (Museum, Central Park, Cathedral)
- Downtown Excursion Shopping Tour and lunch in Little Italy
- Services of a Tour Coordinator/Guide during our group activities

Single Occupancy (one person per room) - $4,325
Double Occupancy (two people per room) - $2,750
Triple Occupancy (three people per room) - $2,230
Quad Occupancy (four people per room) - $1,975
Reservation and Payment Schedule:
NOW – with reservation - $500 per person
May 1st - $500 per person
July 1st - $500 per person
October 1st - Balance (depends on room type)
Travelers who cancel prior to October 1, will receive a refund of all monies paid less a $250 cancellation fee. After October 1, all monies paid are non-refundable. Trip cancellation insurance will be offered to travelers at an additional cost.
